Visa Application

Submission of visa application can sometimes be a complicated process. e-COLINK will help you to obtain the latest information about the requirements and procedures of submitting visa application.

Requirements for Student Visa Application :

1. Original passport (passport validity must be at least 8 months when applying for visa)
2. Recent color photograph with size of 4x6 (4 pieces) and size 3x4 (2 pieces)
3. Original and two (2) copies of Certificate of Completion of Senior Secondary Education, Certificate of Graduation, and High School Report Card
4. Original and two (2) copies of Birth Certificate
5. Original and two (2) copies of Family registration certificate
6. Original ID card of the visa applicant
7. Certificate of employment (if available)
8. Medical checkup (can be carried in Jakarta)

Sponsor Documents:

1. Two copies of the sponsor’s ID card
2. Business License or any other license
3. Financial requirements:
   • Bank Reference Letter
   • A copy of Savings Account(s)/Bank Statement/Time Deposit Certificate (in the last 3 months) and has been legalized by bank
