Most Chinese universities provide very good and comfortable dormitories for their students. The cost varies depending on the size and location of it, mostly between 2,500 CNY to 10,000 CNY per year. Rental Accommodation

In most cases, Chinese universities don’t allow any students to apply for off-campus accommodation. However, if you really want to, you can try to contact your university co-coordinator and ask for permission to live off-campus.

The price range is diverse, depending on the location, facilities, etc. Mostly ranged around 700 CNY – 2,000 CNY per month.
